You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire and submit your current weight and height. This information will be reviewed by our Doctors to determine your eligibility for treatment and if eligible a prescription will be issued. You’ll also need to book a video consultation with one of our doctors. This will be at a time convenient to you and can be in the evening or early morning if required.
If you are approved for treatment, we will complete these steps each month to confirm your ongoing eligibility, prior to providing a new prescription.
